Overview

A 1930’s detached family property close to Bedford Park. Demolition of a former rear extension housing the dining area and the construction of a large rear contemporary open plan kitchen, dining and family room with a statement angular roof design. Works included internal reconfigurations to the ground floor to enlarge the hallway and form a shower room and utility to the former kitchen location.
