BEAUTIFUL LOFT CONVERSION ON A 1930’S DETACHED FAMILY PROPERTY IN BIDDENHAM

Overview

A 1930’s detached family property within the village of Biddenham which has enjoyed several modifications over recent years. The works include the removal of an existing ‘hip’ to the first floor roof form and undertaking of a substantial loft conversion forming a master suite, large ensuite and storage area. The loss of the hip to the first floor has enabled the family bathroom and existing front bedroom to be enlarged substantially as part of the overall works.
